Andra Moseboken 26

[“] And you shall make the tabernacle [with] ten curtains of finely woven linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn; [with] cherubim, the work of a designer, you shall make them.
The length of the one curtain [is] eight and twenty by the cubit, and the width of the one curtain four by the cubit—one measurement for all the curtains.
Five curtains shall be joined, each to her sister, and five curtains joined each to her sister.
And you shall make loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain, from the end at the joining, and likewise you shall do on the edge of the outermost curtain, at the seam of the second.
Fifty loops you shall make in the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the end of the curtain that [is] at the seam of the second, that the loops may be clasped each to her sister.
And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and join the curtains each to her sister with the clasps, and the tabernacle shall be one.
And you shall make curtains of goats’ [hair] for a tent over the tabernacle; one [and] ten curtains you shall make them.
The length of the one curtain [is] thirty by the cubit, and the width of the one curtain four by the cubit. One measurement for the one [and] ten curtains.
And you shall join the five curtains by themselves, and the six curtains by themselves, and you shall double over the sixth curtain at the front of the face of the tent.
And you shall make fifty loops on the edge of the one curtain, the outermost, at the joining, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain at the seam of the second.
And you shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and bring the clasps into the loops, and join together the tent, and it shall be one.
And the excess that remains in the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains shall hang over the back of the tabernacle.
And the cubit from this [side] and the cubit from that [side], in the remains in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle from this [side] and from that [side] to cover it.
And you shall make a covering for the tent of ram skins dyed red, and a covering of badger skins from above.
And you shall make the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood standing upright.
Ten cubits [is] the length of the board, and a cubit and a half cubit [is] the width of the one board,
[with] two tenons in the one board for binding each to her sister. Thus you shall do for all the boards of the tabernacle.
And you shall make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side, southward.
And forty bases of silver you shall make under the twenty boards, two bases under the one board for its two tenons, and two bases under the one board for its two tenons.
And for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, [are] twenty boards,
and their forty bases of silver, two bases under the one board, and two bases under the one board.
And for the far side of the tabernacle, westward, you shall make six boards.
And two boards you shall make for the corners of the tabernacle for the rear sides.
And they shall be coupled from the bottom, and together they shall be complete at its top by the one ring. Thus it shall be for the two of them; they shall be for the two corners.
And there shall be eight boards and their bases of silver, six [and] ten bases, two bases under the one board and two bases under the one board.
And you shall make bars of acacia wood, five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,
and five bars for the boards of the second side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the rear sides westward.
And the middle bar in the midst of the boards shall pass through from the end to the end.
And the boards you shall overlay with gold, and their rings make of gold [as] holders for the bars, and overlay the bars with gold.
And you shall raise up the tabernacle according to its pattern that you were shown on the mountain.
And you shall make a veil of blue and purple and scarlet yarn, and finely woven linen, the work of a designer; cherubim he shall make on it.
And you shall put it upon four pillars of acacia [wood] overlaid with gold; their hooks of gold, upon four bases of silver.
And you shall put the veil under the clasps, and you shall bring there within the veil the ark of the Testimony. And the veil shall divide for you⁺ between the Holy Place and between the Holy of Holies.
And you shall put the mercy seat upon the ark of the Testimony in the Holy of Holies.
And you shall set the table outside the veil, and the lampstand across from the table on the side of the tabernacle southward; and you shall put the table on the north side.
And you shall make a screen for the door of the tent, blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and finely woven linen, the work of a weaver.
And you shall make for the screen five pillars of acacia [wood], and overlay them with gold. Their hooks [are] of gold, and you shall cast for them five bases of bronze.
